These terms explain the bounded SWYFT testing experience operated by SWYFT NEXUS AI Technologies OPC. They protect the pilot workflow without pretending that final public legal terms have already been approved.

Pilot participants must be at least 18 years old, be specifically authorized for testing, and provide accurate account and delivery information. Protect passwords, verification links and device access. SWYFT representatives will not ask for a payment PIN, OTP or password.
A quote uses the confirmed pickup and drop-off points, route, vehicle class, schedule, cargo declaration and selected services. The amount is shown before a chargeable booking. Toll, parking, waiting time, extra stops, incorrect cargo declarations or an approved service change may require a separately disclosed adjustment.
The sender is responsible for truthful item descriptions, lawful ownership, safe packaging, declared value, and complete pickup and recipient details. Illegal, hazardous, restricted, improperly packed or undeclared items may be refused. AI cargo suggestions are estimates that the sender must review and confirm.
Driver matching begins only after the secure backend verifies a required cashless payment. A browser return page alone never proves payment. Current cancellation and refund controls are limited to the approved pilot workflow. Final public waiting-time, claims, protection and refund rules require separate approval before launch.
Authorized parties may receive status, ETA, arrival, pickup and proof-of-delivery updates. Exact driver location is limited to operational need during an active delivery. Recipient details, photos, timestamps and location evidence may be recorded to complete the service and investigate legitimate disputes.
Participants must not create fake bookings, harass users, bypass payments, misuse personal data, interfere with tracking, or use SWYFT for unlawful or unsafe activity. A booking or account may be restricted when reasonably necessary for security, fraud review, legal compliance, safety, or an unresolved payment or claim.
AI may recommend vehicles, routes, cargo handling, booking options and operational actions. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong and do not replace a participant’s declaration, professional advice, emergency services or required human review. Public AI decisions remain disabled.
Customers can initiate deletion through Account → Privacy and security. Associated personal data is deleted or de-identified unless a limited record must be retained for a legitimate legal, tax, payment, fraud, safety, claim or dispute obligation. Retained records are restricted from routine use.
Features may be paused or changed during controlled testing. These pilot terms are not the final public Terms of Service. Final liability, insurance, claims, dispute-resolution and governing-law provisions require Philippine legal review before public registration opens.
